The 17th Annual Mealani “Taste of the Hawaiian Range and Agricultural Festival”, Big Island’s signature culinary beef event, will be held Friday, September 21st from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort.
This long awaited event will feature more than 30 Hawaii chefs who will prepare culinary “tastes” using 100% grass-fed beef, lamb, mutton, goat, pork, and wild boar, as well as fresh island vegetables and fruits. Attendees move to the various culinary stations while eating and visiting other vendor booths meeting the farmers and ranchers who grow our delicious island food.

Free Parking Shuttles will be operating from Anaeho’omalu Bay Parking Lot from Noon to 10:00PM.
A cooking demo ‘Grass-fed Beef Cooking 101′ will also be held by the Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hualalai, Chef James Babian, on September 21st at 3:00PM. Tickets for the Cooking Demo will be $10.00.
